The staff were super friendly, and the location couldn't be better-just a stone's throw from the amphitheater. My only hiccup was the breakfast selection, which could've used a bit more variety.

A lot of GREAT food for meals. Satellite TV, climate control, and a seating area in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

Tidy hotel, and good food selection!!!
good breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. fabulously helpful and professional staff, beautifully presented rooms with the most comfy bed, standard windows plus a table at the foot of the bed.

Prime location next to amphitheater, luxurious shower facilities, well-manicured public spaces
The parking situation is a chaotic mess!!! It's inconvenient to have to constantly ask reception to open the barrier. The lack of a safe in the room is a glaring oversight!!!

Had single room with wake-up service available in it. Got the view of inner courtyard and met extremely helpful stuff at check-out. Location: the hotel was so close to all restaurants and other attractions as well as all major attractions, many resturaurants and great location. Great to be 200 metres away from Fast Food Big&tasty, enjoyed our meal there...

The restaurant here is a hidden gem, especially their house-made pasta with slow-cooked Istria ox-hands down the best pasta I've ever had! The location is perfect, just steps away from Pula's Roman Amphitheater and the vibrant Old Town.
Don't book the one-bedroom apartment unless you're ready for a 20-minute trek to a dimly lit building. We arrived late, and dragging our luggage through deserted streets was an adventure!

We had a new-fashioned standard queen room facing garden. We truly enjoyed this facility and would return there.

Positive. The location is perfect, right next to the amphitheater and a short walk to the Old Town. I appreciated the breakfast variety, and the packed lunch made for an excellent touch before my early departure 🥪

Great location just 100 meters from the Roman Amphitheater. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked well. The staff at reception was friendly and helpful with my questions. The breakfast did not meet expectations. It lacked fresh juices, and the coffee tasted powdery. The tiny window in the room didn't provide much of a view, disappointing. Although the restaurant had some charm, getting the 10% off for being a hotel guest was a hassle. I forgot to give the voucher and ended up arguing about it. The hotel has great potential, but certain areas should be addressed for a better experience.

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the amphitheater! Plus, we were upgraded for our anniversary, a sweet touch.

comfortable stay , but some improvements needed
The hotel staff were attentive, always checking if I needed anything. The large double room I stayed in was impeccably clean, with excellent bathroom facilities. I especially appreciated the nearby restaurants and shops, and the city view from my window was a beautiful bonus.
The parking situation left much to be desired.
